We were hoping for an outdoor session, but the cool temperatures and strong winds had other plans for us. But, we gave it a whole-hearted try and then eventually gave in to the fact that sweet 6-month old Jack… can more easily be his happy, snugly-self when he is warm and comfy – than cold and… I can’t say crabby, because this boy loves to smile and is just a happy little guy…so I will say uncomfortable. So, we headed back to their house… and we captured some great stuff! And even though I know it is is so hard to give up a vision in your head, our alternative plan was good, good, good… and I think we were able to capture Jack at this awesome time in his life! And the best thing about Jack’s mom and dad… they just rolled with it. Love them.
I met Jack when he was just days old. So, you might be thinking… I remember him from his newborn session… but dang – You Blink. They Grow… and now Jack is well on his way to sitting and crawling… and man, he knows it… there is a world to explore! Go get’em Jack!
But, then, I guess, I will blink again…and he will be teasing the idea of walking. I am already eager to see Jack again in early September for our one year session. One year, Jack! One year! Oh, how I love tagging along and capturing that first year.
Thank you Stephanie, Peter, Jack… and Daley too! I love being a part of it all!
